Planned Service Agreement Features

AirCare* and AirCare*Plus Planned Maintenance Members receive the following system services during their Furnace and Air Conditioning maintenance checks. Please NOTE all our programs will be tailored specifically to your equipments Brand Name and Model Number. In other words, we REFUSE to use a generic “check list” or “tune-up sheet”. Your technician will follow your Brand Name Furnace and Air Conditioners factory recommendations for maintenance and service. When your equipment maintenance is complete, your service technician will provide you with a copy of the completed form, and will address all his findings and answer any questions you may have. Below are just a few of the features and advantages of your AirCare* and AirCare*Plus Maintenance Program.

  • System Testing and Safety Check: To verify reliable, safe operation of your HVAC system, your Airco Certified Technician will log all operating temperatures to ensure they are within the permissible parameters and conduct a thorough safety check of all heating and cooling equipment.
  • Filter Changes: Air filter maintenance is important, especially during months of high heating/cooling usage. Your Technician changes or cleans all air filters during your tune-up, which maximizes air flow and improves system efficiency.
  • Mechanical Inspection: To ensure proper operation of your HVAC equipment, your technician will check existing oil levels, look for refrigerant leaks and thoroughly inspect your system for worn or failing parts.
  • Cleaning: Clean systems are proven to perform more efficiently. During your tune-up, a Airco team member will maintain all condensate pans and drain lines, and free plumbing outlets of debris buildup.
  • Lubrication: After your system has been cleaned and inspected, Airco technicians lubricate system motors and bearings. To lengthen the lifespan of your HVAC equipment, we adhere to all manufacturers’ recommendations for lubricant products and lubricant frequency.
  • Priority Service: Our technicians are ready to respond to any problems that arise with your HVAC system, and Preferred Members receive fast, priority scheduling. While our maintenance program does not cover the cost of as-needed service work, the AirCare* and AirCare*Plus Members entitles you to service, repair and installation discounts.

Royal Air offers two maintenance plans to protect your family’s safety, health and comfort. While developing our AirCare* and AirCare*Plus maintenance plans we understood that there were several factor to consider to better serve our customers. The “cookie cutter” approach is just not applicable to everyone’s environment. We wanted to make sure your individual needs and those of your family were addressed. So we developed these programs to better serve our customers. So, if your an allergy suffer, or this is a weekend home we have a maintenance plan thats right for you.

The AirCare* Maintenance Plan is a Semi-Annual 2 visits annually maintenance program that’s ideal for typical and seasonal use of your Furnace and Air Conditioning system. Our service team will assess your systems usage, service your system and will leave you with our AirCare* Helpful Hints brochure with some informative tidbits of how you can help maintain your system until the next service date. Your AirCare* Maintenance Plan includes:

  • Customized Factory Service and Maintenance 35+ Point Inspection for your equipment type and brand
  • 2 Additional High Quality Standard Capacity Pleated Filters left behind for you to change out when they become due. If you have an Electronic Air Cleaner thats NO problem we will take care of that too

The AirCare*Plus Maintenance Plan is a Quarterly, 4 visits annually maintenance program designed for users who operate their system more frequently, harsh environmental conditions and even for those whom suffer from allergies and/or asthma symptoms. Our service team will assess your usage and Air Quality concerns. Then create a quarterly maintenance plan and schedule to fit your needs and a time that is convenient for you for us to start, it’s that simple. You can forget about changing filters, coil cleaning, turning the summer/winter damper, etc….. All those worries were a thing of the past.
